About UTMB for RUN HK

On the 1st of Sep, I am going to have my first 100 miles (171km; 10,000m elevation) trail race around Mont Blanc, a.k.a. Ultra Trail du Mont-Blanc. It is a semi-automated race to finish in one go with aid stations in between, starting from Chamonix, and go around a loop across France, Italy and Swiss. 

While I had put multiple months of hard and high mileage training for race, I think it would be a good opportunity to add a good cause to it by giving some support to RUN HK, a charity organization whom we have engaged with them for few years already. 

The organization is based in HK, focusing on the rehabilitation for vulnerable refugees in HK through different kind of sports activities, educations, and training in order to not only take care of them, but also help them to prepare themselves to be back into the society.
