WiFA x RUN Joint Fitness Challenge 2023

Join community members and focus on staying active with your favourite exercise, in support of RUN Hong Kong.

RUN supports vulnerable refugees, particularly women, to build resilience and nurture self-reliance for a more hopeful future. The WiFA x RUN fitness challenge is open to all abilities and all types of exercise. Teams will log as many hours of exercise as they can throughout the week! All forms of exercise will count towards your team total including: Football, Weight Training, Yoga, Stretch, Meditate, Tennis, Rock Climbing, Pilates, Tai Chi, Run, Trail Run, Virtual Run, Walk, Hike, Ride, Mtn Bike Ride, Virtual Ride, E-Bike Ride, Row, Kayak, Canoe, Elliptical, Swim, Inline Skate, Handcycle, Golf, Stand Up Paddle, Workout, Snowshoe, Kitesurfing, or any other way you like to stay active! How it works: 1. Register your team of 5 via this link. 2. Log your weekly hours of your preferred activity on Challenge Hound with your team during the week. (Create your team on Challenge Hound - details sent to your team after registration) 3. Fundraise for RUN within your network in support of vulnerable refugees in Hong Kong (Details sent to your team after registration) 4. Compete against other teams in the Hong Kong business community for a chance to win prizes from Joint Dynamics & Surya Yoga Studio for the fitness challenge and Sure Step Asia for the fundraising challenge! 5. Compete in the fun photo challenge during the week for more chances to win prizes. 6.
